Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Untoz+, a digital streaming and entertainment service operated under the Untoz brand. By creating an account or using Untoz+, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Untoz+ provides access to digital entertainment content and features, which may include movies, series, live channels, live events, sports, and other digital content. The catalogue, availability, features, and supported devices may change over time.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity carried out through your account. You must provide accurate information and must not use another person's account without permission.

3. Free and Premium Access

Some Untoz+ content may be available without payment. Additional content or features may require a paid subscription. Premium subscriptions renew automatically for successive billing periods unless cancelled through the available subscription management tools.

Prices, billing periods, taxes, and payment terms are shown before purchase. Payments and subscription billing may be processed by Paddle, which acts as the merchant of record for eligible transactions.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel a subscription to prevent future renewals. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. Refunds and statutory withdrawal rights are governed by applicable law and the applicable Paddle refund terms. See our Refund Policy for details.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

Untoz+, its branding, software, user interface, and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Content may be supplied by Untoz or third-party licensors. Access to content does not transfer ownership or grant you permission to copy, redistribute, publicly perform, download, or commercially exploit it except where expressly permitted.

6. Acceptable Use

You must not circumvent access controls or subscription restrictions, copy or redistribute Untoz+ content without permission, interfere with the security or operation of the service, use Untoz+ for unlawful or fraudulent activity, or attempt to access another user's account or private information.

7. Availability

We aim to keep Untoz+ available and reliable, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. Content may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical problems, licensing restrictions, rights windows, or circumstances outside our control.

8. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, enforce these Terms, prevent fraud or abuse, comply with law, or address serious security issues. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as Untoz+ develops or as legal and operational requirements change. Material changes will be communicated through appropriate channels where required by law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are subject to applicable Portuguese and European Union law, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence.
